No, Streamline Fundraising’s e-sports game is not considered gambling and does not require to be licensed because it does not involve chance. The game’s outcome is determined solely by the players’ actions and skill level, similar to an outdoor golf tournament.
Currently, Streamline Fundraiser is only available in Canada, excluding Quebec.
At Streamline Fundraising, our vetting procedure ensures we are supporting legitimate organizations. We accept organizations such as schools, athletic teams, registered charities, religious organizations, humanitarian groups, just to name a few. Non-organizational groups or fundraisers for individuals are assessed with a more comprehensive procedure and take longer to approve.
Streamline fundraising offers a closest-to-the-pin golf game. We are currently preparing more games for future fundraisers.
At Streamline Fundraising, we take the integrity and security of our gameplay very seriously. Our tickets have an anti-fraud QR code system allowing players to scan the ticket prior to purchase and confirm the ticket is valid and ready for play. We also have additional layers of security built into each ticket sold as well as the game itself.
No. Simply scan the play ticket’s QR code with a mobile phone and follow the instructions to download the app. Register your contact information so we can contact you if you win. Follow the tutorial to play the game. Our game is designed with a wide variety of player in mind. Everyone can play and have fun!
Yes, on the administrator website page, you can select how often you want updates. You may also login anytime to access up-to-date information on your fundraiser. However, we can only track tickets once the game is played.
As a fundraising organizer, you can report lost and stolen tickets under your login on our website. Once confirmed, our team will then remove lost or stolen tickets from gameplay. (Lost and stolen ticket cannot be replaced during a fundraiser)
We have a fixed cost for all our fundraisers, which includes costs for the prizes, shipping, and access to our platform. Once the fundraiser is paid, all the remaining funds stay with the organization doing the fundraiser. Any leftover unsold tickets end up being lost revenue for the fundraising organization.

Our Story
As a father of 3 kids that grew up playing sports and being involved in all sorts of school activities, I am no stranger to fundraising. When my youngest son graduated from high school, I spearheaded the fundraising for their banquet. I quickly became frustrated with the amount of work involved in each fundraiser and the low cash returns on my time.
